Health Promotion Coordinator
This is a full time role and Health Promotion experience is essential. The successful applicant will work with a range of service providers, community organisations and consumers across the Wellington Shire.
The key responsibilities will be to support the ongoing development, implementation and evaluation of the Healthy Wellington Plan.
To successfully undertake this role you will require qualifications or experience in the health and/ or community sector, excellent project/change management and communication skills and a passion for improving community wellbeing.
The role is based in Sale.
