The Wellington Primary Care Partnership is made up of a diverse mix of team members, who all bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our organisation.
Angie Collins – Executive Officer
Angie Collins has been with the WPCP since 2013, and in the Executive Officer role since early 2015. Angie has worked in the health and community sector for over 20 years, after completing a social welfare degree at Monash University.
Angie is passionate about community empowerment and creating new partnerships to tackle the big picture health issues within Wellington.

Megan Barnes – Health Promotion Coordinator

In the Health Promotion Coordinator role, Megan facilitates Healthy Wellington. This includes assisting with planning, implementation and evaluation of strategies within the action plans.
Megan started with the WPCP in 2015 after completing a Bachelor Degree in Public Health and Health Promotion with Deakin University.

Helen McAdam – Partnerships Coordinator

Helen has worked in the health and community sectors in Gippsland for over 30 years. In her role as Partnerships Coordinator she works to bring WCPC partners together to develop and implement shared care coordination initiatives to make it easier for all people in Wellington Shire to access health services.
Helen joined WCPC in October 2017 and works Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Kerry Walker – Executive Assistant
Kerry joined the WPCP Team in October 2016 and comes with a vast array of administration experience. Kerry who has lived in Sale for nearly 30 years, is enjoying the challenges of working in the health arena.
Part of Kerry’s role is to distribute the Upcoming Events Calendar which is updated on a weekly basis. If you wish to advertise an event be sure to send an email through.
